Senior to, but little brother of, the N°1A Folding Pocket. When the square piece that holds lens and shutter is pulled out, the scissors come together and extend.  The camera has a small crutch, but it allows the camera to be set down only oriented horizontally.  This weakness was [past tense better here than future, I think] corrected in subsequent models of this series.
